Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Drama Leaks. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You can create an account by signing in with Telegram or Google, or by using the Telegram bot login code. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods secure, for activity that occurs on your account, and for keeping your contact details current. You can review and revoke active sessions from your account page at any time.

Drama Leaks is paid for in credits. You buy credits by topping up through one of the supported payment channels (e.g. GCash, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay), and you spend those credits to unlock individual videos or to start a subscription. Current prices are displayed on the top-up and video pages and may change from time to time.

Subscriptions are sold as fixed terms (weekly, monthly, or yearly) and do not auto-renew. Your access ends when the term expires; you can subscribe again at any time. New subscriptions made while a subscription is still active extend the existing expiry date.

Payments are processed by Xendit. By topping up you authorize Xendit to charge your chosen payment method. Drama Leaks does not store your full payment credentials. Top-ups that fail or are cancelled will not be credited to your account.

Credits and subscriptions are generally non-refundable once they have been used or a subscription has begun. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at the email below within 7 days and we will review your case in good faith.

Purchased and subscribed videos are delivered to your private Telegram chat by the Drama Leaks bot. You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure and for maintaining a working internet connection. We are not responsible for downtime, rate limits, or other failures of the Telegram platform.

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, redistribute, re-upload, mirror, sell, or publicly perform any video or other content obtained through the Service.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent payment, access controls, or rate limits.
• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of any third party, or to harass, defraud, or harm anyone.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach any security or authentication measure.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service in ways that exceed normal personal use.

All content available through the Service — including video, artwork, logos, and the Service itself — is owned by Drama Leaks or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the content for your own personal entertainment while your account is in good standing. No other rights are granted.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or to protect the Service or other users. If your account is terminated for a violation, any unused credits or remaining subscription time may be forfeited.

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, contact us at the email below.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that any particular video will remain available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drama Leaks and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Continuing to use the Service after we publish updated Terms means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines.
